I grew up watching my father work on construction projects, build lasting relationships, and earn a reputation for doing things right. With more than 50 years in construction, he taught me that when your name is on the work, you should be proud of it. My mother’s natural eye for beautiful spaces inspired my love of design. New Bath LC is my way of carrying those values forward.

Are you licensed and insured?

We’ll give you our license and insurance details, and tell you who will be doing the work, before your project starts.

Who handles permits?

It depends on your city and what we’re changing. During planning we’ll confirm whether a permit is needed and who will pull it.

How long will my remodel take?

It depends on the size of the job, how long materials take to arrive, permits, and what we find once the walls are open. You’ll get a timeline before work begins, and you’ll hear from me right away if anything changes.

Can you help with layout and fixture choices?

Yes. We’ll look at how you use the space, what’s practical for the plumbing and structure, and fixtures that fit your style and budget.

How are deposits and payments handled?

Your written estimate lists the deposit, when each payment is due, and the final payment, so you know all of it before you commit.

What warranty is included?

You’ll get our workmanship warranty terms in writing, along with the manufacturer warranties for your products.

Is financing available?

Yes. Financing options are included with your estimate, and I’m happy to walk you through them.
